Anti-Spam & Messaging Policy

Omni is a permission-based messaging platform. This policy explains the consent, transparency, and anti-spam obligations that apply whenever you send messages through the Services.

1. Consent Is Required

You may only message contacts who have given you prior, verifiable opt-in consent to be contacted on the relevant channel. Purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise non-consented contact lists are strictly prohibited.

2. Keeping Proof of Consent

You should keep records of how and when each contact opted in, including the source and the wording they agreed to, so consent can be demonstrated if questioned.

3. Honoring Opt-Outs

Every recipient must be able to opt out easily. You must process opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly and must not continue messaging contacts who have opted out.

4. Identifying Yourself

Messages must clearly identify you as the sender and must not use deceptive sender names, subject lines, or content designed to mislead recipients.

5. Channel-Specific Rules

WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, SMS, and email each have their own consent, template, and content requirements. You are responsible for complying with the rules of every channel you use, including messaging windows and approved templates.

6. Prohibited Messaging

• Unsolicited promotional messages without consent;
• Phishing, scams, or fraudulent offers;
• Messages promoting prohibited or illegal goods and services; and
• Excessive or harassing message frequency.

7. Consequences of Violations

Spam complaints and consent violations can lead to rate limiting, channel suspension by the underlying provider, and suspension or termination of your account under our Acceptable Use Policy.
