Access to production systems is restricted on a least-privilege basis, protected by strong authentication, and logged for accountability. We support two-factor authentication for user accounts.
3. Infrastructure Security
Our services run on reputable cloud infrastructure with network isolation, firewalls, and continuous monitoring. Environments are separated so that development activity cannot affect production data.
4. Application Security
We follow secure development practices, review code changes, keep dependencies patched, and monitor for vulnerabilities throughout the development lifecycle.
5. Backups and Resilience
We perform regular backups and maintain recovery procedures designed to restore service in the event of an incident, with the availability targets described in our Service Level Agreement.
6. Monitoring and Logging
We continuously monitor system health and security events, and maintain audit logs to help detect and investigate suspicious activity.
7. Incident Response
We maintain an incident-response process and will notify affected customers of security incidents in accordance with applicable law and our Data Processing Agreement.
8. Your Role in Security
Security is a shared responsibility. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password, enable two-factor authentication, and manage team access carefully.
9. Reporting a Vulnerability
