This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for paid plans on Omni. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Billing Cycles
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
2. Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. Unless stated otherwise, one trial is available per customer.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation stops your billing mandate and ends your access immediately — your plan does not remain active for the rest of the current billing period. We do not refund or credit the unused portion of your current billing period when you cancel.
4. Refunds
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable. A refund is only considered where both of the following are true:
- The purchase was made by mistake; and
- No service, tokens, features, or resources tied to that purchase have been used or consumed in any way.
If any part of what you bought has been used — including message credits, AI tokens, sending or receiving messages, or activating any feature or resource — the purchase is not eligible for a refund.
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, for unused time once a service has been started, or for any purchase where resources have been consumed, except where required by applicable law.
5. Consumable Add-Ons
Prepaid credits, message bundles, AI tokens, and other consumable add-ons follow the same rule. Once any portion has been used they are non-refundable. An add-on that was purchased by mistake and remains completely unused may be refunded if you contact us within 7 days of purchase. Consumable add-ons do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
6. Downgrades and Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately: you pay only the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and your new plan's features are unlocked as soon as that payment is confirmed.
Separately, you'll be asked to authorize auto-pay (a recurring payment mandate) so billing can continue automatically from your next renewal date. This step covers future billing only. If you complete the upgrade payment but do not finish authorizing auto-pay, you keep your upgraded access for the period you paid for — the payment is not refunded simply because auto-pay was not set up. You will need to complete auto-pay authorization (or otherwise provide a valid payment method) before your next renewal to continue on the plan without interruption.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, not immediately — you keep your current plan's features until then. Because you retain full use of your current plan until the downgrade applies, we do not refund or credit the difference for the current cycle.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and temporarily restrict access until payment succeeds. Accounts that remain unpaid may be suspended or cancelled.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
