This page covers your personal account (profile, password, two-factor authentication and sessions) and the settings that apply to your whole workspace.
Your profile
Where: Profile (/app/profile)
Update your name and email address, and change your password. You can also delete your account from here. Deleting is permanent, so export anything you need first.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Where: Profile → Two-factor (/app/profile/two-factor)
Two-factor authentication asks for a 6-digit code from your phone as well as your password, so a stolen password alone can't get anyone into your account.
- Click Enable.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy or 1Password.
- Enter the code the app shows to confirm.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe, such as a password manager. Each one lets you sign in once if you lose your phone.
You can generate new recovery codes, or turn 2FA off, from the same page.
We recommend 2FA for every Administrator, because administrators can change billing, team access and integrations.
Active sessions
Where: Profile → Sessions (/app/profile/sessions)
See every browser and device signed in to your account, with its last activity. If you see one you don't recognise, click Log out other sessions and then change your password.
Workspace settings
Where: Settings (/app/settings), for Administrators
Set your workspace's name, logo, time zone and other preferences. The time zone controls when scheduled campaigns and posts go out, and how times are shown in reports.
Notification preferences
Where: Settings → Notifications (/app/settings/notifications)
Choose how you hear about new messages, assignments and other activity:
- In the app: the bell in the top bar
- By email
- Browser push notifications, which alert you even when Omni isn't open in a tab. Your browser asks for permission the first time.
Each team member sets their own preferences.
Data export
Where: Settings → Data export (/app/settings/data-export)
Request an export of your workspace's data. Omni prepares it in the background and lets you know when it's ready to download. Use it for backups, or to meet a data-access request under laws such as the GDPR. For single lists, such as contacts or one campaign's recipients, use the exports in Reports.
Audit log
Where: Audit log (/app/audit-log)
Administrators can see a record of important actions in the workspace (who did what, and when) for security reviews and accountability.

Where: Support (/app/support)
