Manage your plan, payments and invoices, and keep an eye on usage so a limit never catches you out.

Your plan and usage

Where: Subscription (/app/subscription)

See your current plan, its price and billing cycle, your renewal date, and how much of each monthly allowance you've used, such as campaigns, SMS, email, AI tokens and team members.

To compare plans side by side, see Pricing.

Subscribing and upgrading

  1. Choose a plan on the pricing page, or click Change plan on your Subscription page.
  2. Choose monthly or yearly billing. Yearly plans cost less per month.
  3. Enter a coupon code if you have one.
  4. Pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout. The options depend on your country and currency.

Upgrades take effect immediately, and your new allowances apply straight away.

Downgrades are scheduled for a later date rather than applied immediately, so you keep your current plan's features until then. You can cancel a scheduled downgrade from the Subscription page.

Invoices

Every payment creates an invoice. Download it from your Subscription page for your accounting records.

Usage limits

Each plan includes monthly allowances. Omni shows a banner as you get close to a limit.

When you reach a limit, that action pauses (for example, sending more campaign messages) until you upgrade or the monthly counter resets. Everything else keeps working, and incoming messages still arrive in your inbox.

Free trials and the Free plan

  • Trials: where a plan includes a free trial, you aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then to avoid being billed. One trial per customer.
  • Free plan: a permanent plan with smaller limits. It isn't a trial, so you can keep using it at no cost.

Check the pricing page for which plans currently include a trial.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops future billing and ends paid access immediately. The plan doesn't stay active until the end of the period, and unused time isn't refunded. Read the full Refund and cancellation policy before cancelling.

Moving to a cheaper plan? Schedule a downgrade instead of cancelling, so your team keeps access in the meantime.
